Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of conclusion of the contract.

by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this, although it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this repayment we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees for this repayment.

If you requested that the services begin during the withdrawal period, you must pay us a reasonable amount which corresponds to the proportion of the services already provided up to the time you inform us of the exercise of the right of withdrawal in respect of this contract, compared with the full coverage of the contract.

Expiry of the right of withdrawal

The subscription is a contract for the provision of services (activation of the software's subscription scope for the agreed billing period). Your right of withdrawal expires when we have performed the service in full, provided that before performance began you expressly agreed that we begin before the end of the withdrawal period and confirmed your awareness that your right of withdrawal expires upon complete performance (Section 356 (5) no. 2 of the German Civil Code, BGB). If you withdraw before then, the amount payable for the services already provided is calculated as described above. For a free period granted by a promo code (no payment), the right of withdrawal expires once the service has been provided in full (Section 356 (5) no. 1 BGB).
