Go to my accountHow we handle reviews
Only registered users who are signed in to their account can leave a review. Whether the author has bought a subscription is checked against the account: buyers get the „Customer" badge, reviews from the free version are marked „Free version (no purchase)". We read each review before publishing and remove only spam, insults and content unrelated to the product — positive and critical reviews are published alike. Feedback that reaches us by other means (e-mail, YouTube) is only added with the author's consent and marked with its source. We never write or buy reviews.
