The same click sequence every day — build it once, never do it again

FlowBotCommander operates programs on your screen the way you do: buttons and fields are found by image recognition, numbers and text are read by OCR. Assembled in a visual editor — without a line of code. Runs locally on your Windows PC.

What people use it for

Typing data from A to B

Transferring values from a list into a form that has no import. The bot finds the field even when the window has moved.

Keeping portals and forms up to date

The same twenty clicks in a web portal, every Monday. Built once, the sequence runs on a schedule or at the push of a button.

Keeping an eye on numbers

Watch a value on screen and send a message via Discord, Telegram or a webhook as soon as it crosses a threshold.

Legacy software without an interface

Programs nobody maintains any more and that have no API can still be operated — through what is on the screen.

Many files, the same handling

Upload, rename, export, confirm — in a loop over a list instead of two hundred times by hand.

Relief for your hands

If RSI or an impairment makes constant clicking hard, let the bot do the part of the work that never changes.

How a sequence comes about

Point at the target instead of typing coordinatesYou grab a snippet of the button or field. The bot looks for that image with tolerance — a different zoom or a moved window doesn't bother it.
Snap the blocks togetherClick, type, wait, read a number via OCR, repeat, “if … then”, send a message. Every block is a box in the editor.
Run it dry firstThe test run shows step by step what the bot sees and does — before it touches anything. A panic key stops it at any moment.
Let it start when it suits youBy hand, at a set time, by key combination, from Discord or Telegram, via a webhook from n8n or Home Assistant — or by voice command (beta).

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to be able to program?

No. Sequences are built from blocks in the editor. If you have ever put an appointment into a calendar, you will manage — the video above shows a first sequence from start to finish.

Does my data go through a server?

No. Sequences run on your PC. The license server only counts how many runs you have used — it sees neither your screen nor your data. Details are in the privacy notice.

What does it cost?

Free: 100 runs per day, ad-supported, no time limit. Unlimited: €7.90 per month or €59 per year, cancel any time.

Which systems are supported?

Windows 10 and 11, 64-bit. It installs into your user folder and needs no administrator rights.
