What's new

The latest improvements to FlowBotCommander — we're actively building.

Website 10 changes

  • The interface no longer locks up while a bot is running — logging no longer makes the bot wait for the window.
  • “Open…” now opens a profile in a NEW tab instead of replacing the current one.
  • Fixed: modules whose position had decimals were placed far off the canvas and became invisible — and the overview map stayed empty as a result.
  • Perception modules can now work without a preceding “capture window” step — they read the current screen by themselves.
  • New module “Detect glowing button”: recognises buttons whose active state pulses, by measuring several times over a short window.
  • “Follow node” now switches into a sub-profile automatically and returns when it is done.
  • Modules now warn clearly when “relative to anchor” is on but no valid anchor was found — instead of silently reading the wrong spot.
  • Anchors can now be named and picked from a list — several anchors in one workflow no longer overwrite each other, and more modules can use them.
  • Global variables in the start module: define values once and use them everywhere as {name} — they also apply inside loaded profiles.
  • Set the target program once for the whole workflow — every module without its own window entry now uses it.

Website 9 changes

  • Cleaned up the toolbar — removed the permanent connection-hint text to make more room.
  • Modules in the flow editor now use bolder, more distinguishable colors per category.
  • The changelog page now has page navigation instead of one long list.
  • The plan comparison page now shows available modules first within each category.
  • The "Upgrade" button now hides automatically once you already have the top plan.
  • New setting to show or hide the module description texts in the palette.
  • Module categories in the palette now remember individually whether they're expanded or collapsed.
  • The module palette can now be resized, the log panel can be minimized, and the window has a minimum size.
  • The whole website is now available in all five languages — pricing, the plan comparison, the fair-play page and the legal texts included.

Website 1 change

  • The case switch opens smoothly again — fixed a slowdown when selecting the block.

Website 9 changes

  • Case switch and value switch now hold up to 50 cases (was 12) — for workflows that branch into many outcomes.
  • Panic/pause hotkey: a key Windows can't register as a global hotkey (e.g. F12) is now rejected right when you pick it and no longer triggers a warning on every save — it falls back to a working default automatically.
  • You can now see the app version at a glance in the toolbar (next to the licence chip).
  • New 'Sweep area' block: lay a grid of rows and/or columns over a region and move the mouse along the lines — just move, drag (button held), or click at each grid point. Comes with a visual designer (screenshot + live path preview).
  • Image search can now also check brightness: an element that looks identical but is dimmed (e.g. by a dark overlay) counts as not found — so you no longer act on greyed-out, non-clickable elements. In the case switch it's per case.
  • Bot files are now self-contained: template images travel inside the .bot file — a shared bot works on another PC without missing images.
  • Renaming a template in the template manager now updates the blocks that use it automatically.
  • Right-click on the empty canvas opens the block toolbox to add a block right there.
  • A block's label now has a readable background, and the block grows to fit long labels.

Website 8 changes

  • Case switch & button states: a dragged region and a captured or color-picked image are now saved reliably — no more lost values after using a screen tool.
  • New click type 'Hold down': press the button at a spot and hold it for a set duration, then release — a long click.
  • Case switch: the target window can now be picked from a list, like everywhere else.
  • Tidier connections: backward links now arc around the blocks instead of cutting through them, and the selected connection is highlighted
  • Connect faster: drag a connection into empty space and release to open a searchable menu of all compatible blocks — created and wired up instantly; keep favorites on top with a right-click
  • 'For each match' can now be limited to a search region (with or without an anchor)
  • New 'Cursor symbol' block: read the current cursor shape (debug), wait for a symbol, move in a direction until a symbol appears (e.g. a window edge) and resize the window by dragging — all in one block
  • Fixes: single-step can be clicked through again, the overlay disappears after stopping, the log now reliably follows the newest lines, and 'Ask image (AI)' works again

Website 7 changes

  • 'Case/Default' branching is now a comfortable dialog: manage cases with +/-, a preview per case, plus a match preview that shows where an image is found — great for tuning the tolerance
  • Two new blocks: 'Notify' sends messages to Discord, Telegram or a webhook; 'Random pause' inserts human-like irregular waits
  • More robust image detection: scale tolerance and grayscale can be enabled per image block — templates are found more reliably even at slightly different size or color
  • For unattended use: start bots on a schedule and auto-restart on crash/hang (watchdog), plus a persistent run history (start, duration, result; the culprit block on failure)
  • Easier start: ready-made example bots via a gallery, and 'Test node' to try a single block against the screen right away
  • New 'Value switch' block: branch your flow by a detected value (e.g. a button state) into as many cases as you like
  • Cleaner, curved connection lines; the app now reopens your last profiles on restart
